## Shipping & Delivery

How much do you charge for shipping?

A nominal shipping fee is calculated at the checkout page based on your location.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

Since most of our premium wooden products, like our signature chopping boards and platters, undergo final hand-finishing and quality checks post-purchase, we do not offer instant express shipping. We ensure every piece is perfect before it leaves our facility.

Can I ship items from a single order to multiple addresses?

Currently, we can only ship a single order to one designated address. If you wish to send our beautiful wooden kitchenware to multiple locations (as gifts for loved ones, for example), please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Will I receive a tracking link once my order is dispatched?

Absolutely! The moment your beautifully crafted Caswud products are handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your tracking ID and a direct link to monitor the delivery progress.

My tracking status shows "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

Occasionally, courier partners mark a package as delivered a few hours before the actual drop-off. Please check with your family members, neighbors, or building security. If you still cannot locate your order after 24 hours, reach out to our support team immediately.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including all Major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and popular digital wallets.

I made a mistake in my shipping address or order details. How can I fix it?

Don't worry! If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at support@caswud.com or call our customer care within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an item enters our packaging or laser-engraving process, modifications cannot be made.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been handed over to our shipping team. To request a cancellation, please drop an email to our support team with your Order ID.

Are your wooden platters and chopping boards food-safe?

Yes, 100%! At Caswud, safety is our top priority. All our wooden platters, bowls, and chopping boards are treated exclusively with food-grade, non-toxic natural oils and beeswax. They are completely safe for serving food and chopping vegetables.

How should I clean and maintain my Caswud wooden products?

To ensure your wooden items last a lifetime, follow these simple steps:

Do: Hand-wash gently with mild soap and warm water immediately after use, then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Don't: Never soak them in water, and never put them in a dishwasher or microwave.
Pro-Tip: Rub a few drops of food-grade mineral oil or coconut oil onto the wood once a month to retain its rich natural shine and prevent drying.

## Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Caswud products! We offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement/return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or cracked wooden item?

Wood is a natural material, and though we pack our items with extreme care, transit damage can occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged product, simply email us a photo of the defect along with your Order ID at support@caswud.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement free of cost.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect back into your original payment method or bank account.
