Refund & Return Policy

At CASWUD, every piece is thoughtfully crafted from natural wood and finished by hand. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in grain, texture, color, and natural markings are expected and celebrated as part of each piece's unique character.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

* The product received is damaged during transit.
* The wrong product has been delivered.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (mailto:caswudinterio@gmail.com)** with:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the product
* Images of the packaging received

Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture, or finish
* Minor differences in dimensions due to handcrafted production
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, or accidents after delivery
* Change of mind after purchase

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within **24 hours of placing the order** or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Care Responsibility

Wood is a natural material and requires proper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your product. CASWUD cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, excessive moisture, dishwasher use, prolonged sun exposure, or neglect.
